Filibuster Dual Cask Straight Bourbon Whiskey pushes traditional bourbon aging methods to a new level through its dual cask process. Finished in French Oak barrels, this bourbon enhances the caramel and vanilla nuances as well as adds complexity to the overall taste.

Filibuster Single Estate Bourbon is one of the finest whiskeys from our distillery released to date. This special, 2019 limited-edition release was created from one farm, one distillery and one barrel in order to achieve the ultimate bold yet balanced flavor.

Filibuster Dual Cask Straight Rye Whiskey is a unique rye whiskey that is secondarily finished in French Oak barrels to impart white wine aroma and texture into the liquid. The expression results in a rich, round whiskey without any of the harsh grassy notes that detract from the enjoyment of rye whiskey offerings.

Filibuster Boondoggler Whiskey is far from traditional. Finished in five different barrels, this expression takes unique qualities from its aging process to form a complex yet well-balanced liquid. The wholly approach makes this whiskey neither a bourbon nor a rye.

Filibuster Gin Rose takes our Dual Cask Gin to the next level with the addition of rose petals. Originally introduced as limited-edition for Summer 2018, we re-introduced this unique gin to our full-time line up due to the unprecedented level of customer requests. Our Gin Rose amplifies the unique characteristics of gin with pink peppercorn, lemon and wild rose notes.

BOTTLED IN BOND
Filibuster Bottled in Bond Bourbon Whiskey is the result of our passion to create the ultimate bourbon. The term “bottled in bond” has long represented the highest quality Whiskey and our bourbon is no exception. This limited-release Bourbon is crafted using the finest Shenandoah Valley grains and water which represents Virginia in a bottle.

- Aroma: Sweet and floral on the nose with notes of espresso, tea, honey and orange peel.
- Taste: mooth, warm and sweet with a subtle rye spice note; caramel and honey mingle with just enough oak and char to round out the richness which is chewy and oak.
- Finish: The character correspondingly shifts to drier notes of pipe tobacco, walnut. As they fade a little more fruit emerges, around rhubarb jam.

TRIPLE CASK COGNAC BARRELS
This limited-release Straight Bourbon Whiskey builds on the great success of Filibuster’s Dual Cask Straight Bourbon & Straight Rye Whiskeys. Hand blending 5-Year-old sweet-mash Virginia Bourbon and 6-year-old sour-mash Bourbon, we complete the ageing with a prolonged finish in some iconic Casks. The result is a uniquely balanced, handcrafted, high proof whiskey offering a complex and distinctive expression of Straight Bourbon with an exceptionally distinctive taste and incredibly smooth finish. Each series is unique and features a number of iterations.

Filibuster Gin starts with a basket of juniper, coriander, caraway, bitter almond, angelica root, and other select aromatics. For our Cardamom Gin, we added fresh cardamom pods after distillation, pronouncing a distinct zing to the spirit. Originally produced for a select market, customer demand led us to add this 90-proof gin to our standard line up.
